Kazuhiro Yokozeki was born in Osaka, Japan. After receiving his BA in Film and TV Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz, he studied Photography at S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University, NY. He had interned at Newsday (Long Island, NY), had been an editorial photographer for a studio in Tokyo, and a contract photographer at The Asahi Shimbun Publications Division (Tokyo, Japan) for 3 years. In 2007, he turned freelance.
His clients include The Weekly Asahi magazine, Aera magazine, The Asahi Shimbun (Newspaper), Business Computer News, The Big Issue Japan magazine, Yahoo! JAPAN, The New York Times, The International Herald Tribune, Newsweek Japan, Le Monde, etc. Kazuhiro Yokozeki is now based in Tokyo, Japan and available for freelance assignments.
